How To Return Merchandise
We have two easy ways that merchandise can be returned:
1) Call our toll-free number to make return arrangements via shipping: 1-855-353-1880.

2) Return or exchange your merchandise at our Decatur, AL location. Make sure to bring along your receipt. See the Contact Us page for location details.

Damaged Merchandise
If your shipment arrives and appears damaged, just refuse the order. Call us and we'll send a new shipment to you right away.

If you open the shipment and it's damaged, be sure to keep the original packaging. Call 1-855-353-1880 and we will help you.

Tennessee Valley Pecan Company Shipping Policy


All prices shown on our site include shipping and handling.

Shipping our chocolate covered pecans can be a real challenge, especially here in the warm Tennessee Valley. Our chocolate covered pecans will soon be offered at special retail locations throughout the Southeast and throughout the year. Cool weather permitting, we will offer them by mail order from October to April.

Under normal circumstances, orders received Monday through Friday before 2 p.m. ship out on the same day. Otherwise, most orders ship out Monday through Friday within 24-48 hours. However, if your order is delayed due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive an Email from a member of our staff.
